Entering an instance / dungeon

I'd like to farm silk cloth in Scarlet Monastery. I need to walk in and out of a dungeon and preferably reset the instance. Is this possible via the regular XML profiles?

- How can one enter and/or leave an instance?
- How can one reset instances?
