What the hell does that mean?

I'm trying to login with my codes, and it's saying that...

Make sure there is no backspace in front or at the end.

Write the key manually.

I tried that, now it's loggin me in and straight back out again and saying "Authentication failed!" , even though I'm typing it correctly..
