Endless loop of talking to a vendor?

He doesn't try to sell anything, it just talks to him and says its waiting for 3 seconds then it carry's on doing that for as long as I leave the bot on.

I'm using Kick's profile Flying 60-70 [Fly]... but the same happens when I use his ground one?

Yep, using same profile i talked to a vendor for 4 hours one night, and a flight master for 6 hours another night.

it's an issue with hb and the mirren quest line. just go back through the portal, turn it in ... and press start

as far as the flight path issue... if you dc / log over / relog or reload, you have to kill hb and restart it
