Endless Authentication Result [LOGIN][Server Exception] [0] Error

After a month's wait, PF is back up and running yesterday, all is well until I try to run it today and below is what I get consistently, I have restarted the computer and made sure no session is active under buddyauth portal, and the problem still persists after a few hours wait.

Anyone shed some light as how to resolve this?

Now it seems I am stuck in between, the support team ask me to come here to ask for a solution whilst I was asked to seek help from them...I feel this issue won't get resolved and praying and will keeping trying to connect every minute when I am free. lol

the support team issued a new key for me, but it's still showing exactly the same message. There is no active session in buddyauth.com to kill..

turn off your AV, firewall, and then fresh installation
