Emptying bag when its not even close to full?

My character had like 5 items in the bag with 65 slots left until full and it randomly stopped questing and set its destination to "sell" and empty out my bag... How do you fix this so that it doesn't go to empty out my bag until my bags are actually full?

I am using the netherweave bags and I am using Kickass' profiles

which profile did you use? What kind of bags are you wearing?

it once its done it should be fine, it didnt look like it stopped randomly, but it was trying to get to sell for a while.
