Email "your banned" bla bla - Contact possibility, what have to write ?

I´ve got an Email with :

Your account has been terminated. Use of any other third-party software or app, including but not limited to scripts/apps, applications used to falsify your location, emulators, modified or unofficial software, and/or accessing Pokémon GO clients or backends in an unauthorized manner is considered cheating.

If you believe your account has been terminated in error, you may fill out this form. Please consider your account permanently terminated unless we reply back to your appeal.

Link by Clicking "fill out this form" Pokemon GO i understand it so, that we have a Chance to get our Accounts back, but what want they ? :S

5 Days, but its different, my first accounts got banned 10 Days ago and i got the Email today too.

i ask to deban my account because im legit (im not) and i wait a the answer (1 week paste and nothing)

Its in the letter:
"Please consider your account permanently terminated unless we reply back to your appeal."
So if they dont give a shit consider it done... sooo customer friendly.
 
Also got the e-mail today. My main was banned 5 days ago and my second acc 4 days ago. Got both E-Mails with a delay of maybe 5 min.
 
i got the same thing but the funny part is that it was my main account and i wasn't botting or spoofing or anything, the only i can think of that i was traveling to and from New Jersey to New York very day all crazy hours for work...(Armed Guard)
 
It doesnt help to open an appeal. The tickets get closed instantly. You can check the status.
