Email notifcations from forums

Hey im curious if there is a way so i dont get a email everytime someome responds to a threas that I have posted in. A few days ago i unsubscribes to all the threada I have posted in but it must subscribe me to everytime i post because im getting like 20 emails a day so i have to search threw 20 emails to find the 1 important email I need thanks in advance
