Elixir of the rapid mind usage

Hi, could someone create a plugin to it will use http://www.wowhead.com/item=128312/elixir-of-the-rapid-mind and loop it so it will use each 10-15 minutes.

Have a look at the Keep Buffs Active plugin and add the item/aura IDs in its settings

Make sure they are right or you'll waste them.
