Elites that try to avoid you

Can you guys provide list of elites that attempt to dodge from the char? It would be best if you can provide the SNO.

I am in the process of updating the combat replacer so that it locks onto the elites instead of switching between different units...

I also updated the code so that it will kill all summoners first.
