Elite Farming In rifts

Is there a way we can make bot skip all white trash in T10 rifts and only hunt elites and bosses?

I can currently do grifts 70 on my WD but when i need to farm DB's and mats bot goes around killing everything, was wondering if i can bypass that?

Trinity -> combat - > misc
min trash pack size and pack radius are the settings for what whites u fight.

Turns these to max and it will very rarely stop if ever for whites.
