Elemental shaman CC CLU help

I tried out the elemental shaman cc I know it has not been updated to 5.0.x but it ran well only problem I encountered was it not casting Earth Shock with greater then 7 lightning shield charges. Is there a way to fix it so it will cast on 7+ Lightning Shield charges?
