Let's start by making certain the caches aren't corrupt:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Cache corruption problems​

If no joy, just manually load the profile that should be running:

1-100 Questing Profile Pack/LK/[Fly][A - Quest] LK 68-80 [Kick].xml​
