Eggs, Tranfers...

Hello,
My Pokefarmer won't use Incubators and never transfer any pokemon... (I'm with option "Keep two best level and IV).
Here is my log file for example :

Transfers - It's a known fault at the moment, hopefully fixed in next update.

Incubators - bot will incubate the egg, but not hatch it, do that on phone, log into pogo but don't be logged into pokefarmer at the same time, and have gps switched off on your phone
