It's the sending mats between 2 accounts that does it. :) Doubt you can do anything about it unless they got identical information - also make sure it's actually that reason you're banned and not just botting (which would usually give the same reason in my experience)

yes i think sending is my problem too
but i already send mail to them told them that i get my second account from my friend who want to stop
and i give to my brother. (i dont have any brother :p)
and i also told that i pay for monthly payment on both account

and money i gave him i just lent him to buy stuff .
so the money and mat that he sent to me was a payback and a monthly fee too.

i hope this does sometihng otherwise i just have a good reason to stop playing wow anyway

well, you wont get it unlocked saying ur playing on ur friends acc, as ur not allowed to share your accounts with anyone ;) ive tried this.

As far as I know, it's legal to share accounts, but they advice against it due to security "issues" :)
Correct me if I'm wrong (with source pl0x)

Only people you can share with by there terms are your children. They will usually give an exception for your spouse. It was written in a blue quote long ago

ok now they reply with this

World of Warcraft - Account Issue Unauthorized Software Found

Greetings,

Thank you for your follow-up email regarding the account xxxxxxxx. This account was closed after evidence was produced indicating one or more characters on the account were found to be using an unauthorized ***** program. These programs provide character benefits that are not achievable in the World of Warcraft through normal means. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, character automation (also known as "botting"), increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. These types of programs offer an unfair advantage over other players and supersede the intended limits of the game.

As a result of this determination and the harmful nature of unauthorized programs on the game environment, the action taken against this account will not be reversed. Please understand that we do not reach this decision lightly. This action has been taken in accordance with our Terms of Use (http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/wow_tou.html).

In addition, you are responsible for any unauthorized ***** software found to be running in conjunction with World of Warcraft, regardless of the location and ownership of the computer used to log into the service. Please remember to keep your login information confidential. Any account that is registered to your name may not be shared with anyone except for one minor of whom you are a parent or guardian. The security of your account rests with you.

As a reminder, only the Account Administration department can address disputes or questions about this account action. It is true that it is completely 'legal' (read: not violating the ToU/EULA) to share accounts. If you're sharing your account, they just will not help you, though, if you happen to be hacked or something similar.
- I can't provide you with a source, but I am rather certain this is the case.

Also: In my experience, the only real shot you have at getting your account back is calling them on the phone. It's way too easy for them to decline through email, so I usually just keep on calling them untill someone nice picks up :)

It is not legal to share accounts:

Limitations placed on Account Access
The ToU speaks extensively about what you may and may not do with a World of Warcraft account. This section highlights a few passages from the ToU that are most relevant to this policy. The core message is that you, and only you (with the exception of a minor authorized to use an account by a parent or guardian), should be accessing an account registered in your name.

Blizzard Entertainment does not recognize the transfer of Accounts between individuals. (Section 1E of the ToU)
You may not share your Account or password with anyone, except that if you are a parent or guardian, you may permit one (1) minor child to use the Account instead of you (in which case you may not use that Account at the same time). (Section 1A of the ToU)
You are liable for all activities conducted through the Account, including any activities which may be conducted by your minor children that you allow to use your Account. (Section 1A of the ToU)
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Name and password, and you will be responsible for all uses of your User Name and password whether or not authorized by you. Security of your account is your responsibility. (Section 1D of the ToU)
