EB is closing without reason on vm

i want to set 1 bot on a vm , i use VMware Workstation Pro 12 , i installed windows 7 ultimate 64bit i set a good amount of
resources for vm , 6gb ram 60g hdd 4 core and so on
i installed all wat is need for the bot to work , like netframework and vcredits.
after i open the bot is not showing on i just notice it next to the clock and and after 3 sec is exiting , after that i try to open it again ,and i get the maxsession error , i wait a bit and open it again and after loading a some seting is exiting again .
any advice will be much apreciated

You need to join a full log, EB isn't closing without reason.

Your issue is Auth related. You're not sharing your key with anyone else are you? I don't think the auth servers are having issues, so if it keeps happening, you might need to contact Front Desk support for help with your key. You can use BuddyAuth to manually kill any extra connections that are not valid anymore if something happened and the bot died without logging out.

Other than that, make sure you have ran the Buddy Wizard and restarted the VM to ensure all dependencies are in place. Otherwise, check y our AV/Firewall as it might be possible one of the two is killing the bot or the auth connection making the bot die.

i dont share my keys, i rezolved this problem by disable the overlay in global settings 1 of my key is on my windows 10 without any problem but the second 1 on my vm was having this problem. now is working
