eating once an hour?

just trying to optimize my gold per hour and in a certain spot you gain 10% damage for 1 hour by eating a food for over 10 sec. i dont get hurt enough to need to eat on my own. how can i have the bot eat and readd this buff? im using questing bot base. i can select the food i want to eat but wont use it unless i need it... so

whats my options?

@nooblet: i think he's refering to it as it's in the wrong section

@topic: i dont think eating will make much of a difference when you're farming pre-wod content, mobs are usally one hit either way
if you're trying to do wod content, i dont think you can gain much gold from it as it takes much longer

just nooblet on forum and yeah kinda wrong sectioned it. i have not botted wow since honorbuddy came out and i bought a 10 key session just came back but ive progressed fast just not with some things, soon enough ill shape up with logs ect if need be.
