Earliest Level to Bot Cata Herbs

What level do you guys usually start gathering/mining in Cataclysm?

I'm leveling a hunter on an alternate account for the sole purpose of gathering, I was wondering what level should I start trying to BOT herbing/mining in Cata.

you can start bot cata herbs in lvl 80-81 in mount-hyjal

I was doing the very same thing except with a priest, Soon as i hit level 78 I went to Mount hyjal i was herbing and mining Started at level 78 And leveled to 82 By doing this in mount hyjal, Then oncei hit level 82 i moved to Uldum. Very good exp, Was getting Half a level un rested to herilooms every 12 hours, And getting 2 32 slot mining bags, And 2 32 slot Herb bags full every 12-14 hours =)
