E-Mail Access Lost ! No PW Resett avaible

Hello,

i have the problem that i have no access to my mailaccount wich is connected to the buddyauth Account. I have stored my Password in Google, but i am not able to login.

A Password resett by my mail provider is only possible by a call what coasts 4€ / Min !

Proof :

How can i change my E-Mail from my Account ?!

Alas, we cannot help you with issues with your mail provider. You will need to work that out with them.

If you have another email address, you can contact the Bossland 'front office' at [email protected], and see about changing the email address associated with your Buddy bot. They will require you to prove you are the owner of the Bossland bot. This will require your transaction id and email used to invoice your Buddy bot purchase.
