Soloing Heart of Fear is not currently possible, unless Blizzard decide to tweak it for solo run.

Because of (at least) two general reasons:

Boss #4: One, two or three players are stunned by the Boss adds just a few seconds after encounter start, so needs to be clicked to get out of the stun.

Boss #5: On boss 60% one player gets transformed into elemental, which have supporting encounter role, cant damage the boss at proper rate and cannot be freed easily off.

Pandaria 10M Normals are all soloable gear wise. In fact as a 700~ ilvl tank its very easy. The only issue is mechanics, like mentioned above. I solo MSV weekly but luckily there's only 1 boss mechanic that makes it awkward
