You need to go into dungeons and specify random or specific dungeon for your level. Damage specs are a dime a dozen and sometimes it takes a long time, hours sometimes, to get into a dungeon. Popular specs picked up quickly are healers and tanks.

If you want someone to investigate your problem you need to include a complete log.
