Hi Traka.
The correct way in use custom profiles and scripts is to create a folder on your harddrive (can be anywhere) and then open Dungeonbuddy settings and have the 'Custom Script Path' setting point to your new folder otherwise any modified files will be overwritten the next time you start HB and dungeonbuddy.

I am curious, what have you changed?
