[DungeonBuddy] Keep green-quality items

is it possible for DungeonBuddy to keep or mail green items instead of selling them? Adding a MailTo character did not help.

Dungeonbuddy has been temporary hard-coded to sell uncommon items and below due to some complications. Mailing BoE items might get added in the future.
A plugin or PB profile could override the sell behavior, add your sell behavior if BotPoi.Current.Type is equal to PoiType.Repair or PoiType.Sell
