Dungeon stealth as a rogue

hi id like to know if it is possible picking up a dungeon questing profile and changing it in order to do it in stealth.. for ex i have vortex pinnacle mount farm profile.. i d like to go stealth til first boss without pulling mobs.. is it possible??

yeah but you will need to write your own profile what will evade mobs
