dungeon heal, manual walk around

Hey all.
May be a really noobie question, but I was wondering if theres any way I can get the bot to heal for me in a dungeon while I walk around?

You'd probably be better off using the combat/heal bot in the drop down.

You could also try using Mr. AutoFight, though I'm not 100% certain it works with the latest version of HB - Worth a try!
