Dungeon buddy wont startup at all

got a clean install of both, cannot attach a log as the log is empty.

everytime i load up the bot it just goes non responsive and crashes.

running windows 7 x64

Did a complete format of computer and now it works.. now the only problem is that i still havent got the key after my purchase... hmmm

Ive only posted the question here, then i wrote you a private message, and then a support mail... same answer everytime
And im still getting messages from you telling me i should run the wizard
But for now i think ill just use the one day offer.. dont wanna pay for a lifetime one again
