Don't do it, you will get banned. I leveled 3 characters with Dungeonbuddy and the third time I got hit by the banhammer. Obviously people in groups will recognize Dungeonbuddy's retarded behavior and will report it.
I think this is wildly inaccurate and the toons you've leveled has a lot less to do with it than your botting habits, so I think we need more information than that to really make any judgements on your info, no offense intended. That being said, I don't dungeon buddy unless I can supervise it, or if I'm going to be gone less than 30 minutes.
Dungeonbuddy is actually really sophisticated, I haven't had it do anything suspicious so far, except for dying here and there in an AoE. It's never once caused a wipe, never run into walls for extremely long periods of time, and overall looks human-like. I also suggest a specialized combat routine for your toon. Singular is GREAT but I don't see how it can match routines designed specifically with your class and spec in mind, although I could be incorrect.
Coupled with add-ons designed to prevent retarded behavior, like loggers that log you out when you've been wall humping for too long, you should be able to pull off overnighters without too much suspicion. Besides, these days people carry heroics so quickly and so hard that half the time they've moved on before they have a chance to even notice you making out with the wall or w/e.
The only other thing to consider is time. It's really not very common for someone to just grind heroics for TEN STRAIGHT hours, but luckily queue times make for decent "break time" between each dungeon that you could reasonably be using for human breaks. I think it's much less suspicious than none-stop grinding for ten hours.
