Dungeon Buddy Leaving Dungeon as Soon as it Enters

It has now happened twice to me the last 2 dungeons it queued for. Just joins and then leaves, is this happening to anyone else or is this a common problem that I can easily fix?

Edit: Right as I got in it just left. But this is what the logs says and I WAS given the 30 min queue cooldown.

Please attach your logs and stuff requested for support. EVERYONE who wants support has to do it. Annoying work, but will yield great results. Also post this in the support forum.
