Dungeon buddy fails me!! :(

I've searched the forums and nowhere I can find to solve this issue so lets get right to it. Everytime I try to use dungeon buddy it keeps saying Queing for dungeons in the log. then you look over on the wow screen and it says you did not select any valid slots over and over. Can anyone please help me with this issue it would gladly appreciated thanks
