It works out of the box.. so you have played with something

Your doing something wrong..

Dungeon buddy doesn't use profiles (well not in the traditional sense)

I dont understand how there isn't a log - unless HB isn't even attaching its self to your WOW game- I that case you should get a error with a generic log..
