Dump a log of "My pokemon" when stopping the bot

As the title say, a log of the current "My Pokemon" list when you stop the bot so when you're actually in the game you know which pokemon is which. I know there's a rename-function but that rarely works for me and when it does it's only a couple of the selected that get renamed. Also there's a characterlimit so names like Bellsprout etc. won't change.

I've been using the PokeReader for PokeFarmer-tool which has helped alot, but that falls short aswell when the log isn't old enough or multiple of the same pokemon got the same CP.
