[Dumb Question] How do I unsubscribe from a thread?

I am apparently too dense to find it.

And while I'm at it, how do I change already subscribed threads to console only instead of email. I have that in my settings now but I'm still subscribed to every freaking thread I ever posted on and I'm drowning in spam.
