I want to ask the admins of Honor Buddy store how long a product must be supported?

actually was the support for the routine for more than 4 months no longer made (see no support for the T18 4set Bonus)

I think that is not for the purposes of the shop?

It's all pretty clearly laid out. The timeframe of support is 18 months or until the next expansion, whichever comes first. Oracle II was released during MoP so the support obligations of the developer are over.
