Dual Boxing: Create a 2nd botting account under the same b-net or not?

My goal is to have as many high level toons on my main account (by fully afk questing)
and then eventually farm via dual boxing. (Play 1 toon by hand + 2nd as an assist bot)

Is there really a difference? If so, which option is more beneficial?

as a general rule, don't have two accounts linked to the same email.

Thanks for your input, and I will play by hand (just for fun) when I have free time. If I'm busy I will most likely leave bot on as usual and monitor every once in a while

When i was newer to botting I had 2 accounts under the same bnet both playing at the same time farming and it lasted for about 2 weeks but once I got banned the other got banned within 24hrs. Do them separate
