Druid Travel form...?

So rolled a Druid last week for the hell of it. Was'nt having fun with Priest healing. So anyway Found that in HB settings that instead of using a regular mount you can set it to use Travel form instead. I was excited to see that as an option. But only works when it wants to it seems. Sometimes it will go to Travel form other times to Bear form. Even mounted up on a regular mounts at times. And I noticed indoors it will never use Cat form. But always the big slow Bear form. I'm guessing it's not just me. Or is it? Is HB just broke that way or is there a work around or plug in of some kind where it uses the most efficient mode of transportation?
