Druid Swift Flight Form problem

I was reading some posts here about other ppl dropping out of Swift Flight Form while farming herbs. It has always been my problem with GB.

Is there any1 here that stays on Flight form while herbing? And is there a special profile you have that makes it possible?
Im getting the error messages every time it tries to farm a herb:
"You are flying"
"You are in shapeshift form"
"Can't attack when pacified"

And then it waits, dismounts and herbs.

I have a macro with /cast Swift Flight Form + the crystalized bound ofc.

Make sure have the build 2 fix for flight form. If already do then I dont know.
Assuming all is going to be buggy for awhile up till cata then beyond till all smooths out.
