Druid looks like speed hacking - client sided only?

Using aquatic form in vash. I haven't been able to get another toon out there to watch but the animation for swimming is extremely speed up and honestly idk how fast it is actually moving it says 371%. Just wondering if it only appears that way to me. Not using any other speedhacks/hacks.

Tried logging in/out, using different druid, same thing.

if you use the Glyph its getting a little bit faster in Aquaform

In Vash'Jir, aquatic form will move as fast as the underwater mount, 371% is a normal speed for that.

Seriously it looks like my druid smoked some *****, the animation is all sped up but w/e if its normal to everyone else.
