Druid does not fly

Hello,

I have this annoying problem, my druid does not fly. It uses flight form but than just follows the road. It's with Kick's profile (leveling 68-80) but I doubt its an issue with his profiles. More like a settting, but I can't find out wich setting it could be. It did it in outlands aswel.
