Druid CC Lag?

Is it just me, or are all Druid CCs slow to react. Like my energy in cat for usually is AT the 100% mark. It uses an action like mangle, or pounce, and then before it uses another one, its already back to full energy. It just doesn't seem efficient.

Use Bride Of Death Chicken CC at 50~ FPS , it will run really smooth after that .
