Druid CC - Feral PVP = :/

Hello Everyone, Since using HB I've noticed not just In this later version but in all of the HB's the feral druid CC by default isn't up to much. It targets and trys to kill your own team whilst trying to heal your own team when there at full health which isn't really needed. I think it's been in need of fixing for some time.

Can anyone help me or give me suggestions to edit it to work correctly?
