Dropping whites, blues, and yellows

I need the ability to have my bots drop all armor items picked up in questing and rifts to the ground - whites, blues, yellows, etc. Is there something I can change to drop all items to the ground during townrun without salvaging or selling? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
