Dropping to 5 fps in combat

hi guys, so recently ive been using some combat bot routines for my warrior, and i notice that when im in combat i drop down to like 5 FPS the whole time and its pretty much unplayable, my computer is very good i just built it, i get around 140-150 fps at all times usually. now when i disable framelock it completely goes away, however most of the routines dont function without framelock, so i cant keep it disabled. ive tried making WoW highest priority in task manager but it does nothing. ive also tried deleting honorbuddy and reinstalling it, no luck. any help would be appreciated.
another thing that is weird is that when i test the routines on the training dummies without framelock they work fine, but as soon as i am in a raid, dungeon, bg or arena it pretty much only uses execute.
i am using gladiators warrior suite
and the fury unleashed one too

no theres no lag with singular

then its a combat routine issue. ask the creator of your combat routine for his setting recommendations.
