well im not seeing any real reason why, the only thing i can suggest is posting in the singular thread so the dev can take a look.

it happens only on a specific char/spec?

its happend on healer/druid DPS/MageFrost/HunterMarksMan/HunterBeastMastery but healer can heal even with standing back to healing guy soo dont see problem.My 2 friends have same problem i been on their house to see and same thing.
