So I noticed in the 5740 build of HB, when using GB2 I had two issues occuring. The first was a movement issue where my toon would aproache a node and would try to harvest it before it dismounted or even stoped moving filly which caused an error (you cannot do that while moving) and made my toon wait a good 10 seconds before it would try to harvest. The second was a constant need to "load tiles" after every X number of harvests or after so many minutes. I am glad to say that, with the newest release of HB and GB2, I have not been experiencing much of any problems with the move to node gathering issue. However, the "loading tiles" issue is still in existance and, quite frankly, it is making my toon look very bot like.
I have attached two logs for review. Please note, these logs are from me running the newest downloaded version of HB. I have fresh installed it in two different directories, these are not "updated" installs of 5740 but fresh installs. I have run these two different HB installs with two seperate WOW clients (both fully up to date). I have cleared the cache files on both the WOW clients before running. I have updated all CCs and even created two new mesh folders and allowed HB to download the mesh again as it ran. I have run HB as administrator just to be sure this isn't the issue.
I do see in the logs in a couple places where HB has been loading tiles and then, for some reason, unloads the tiles and starts to load them again. I tried stoping the bot and then restarting the bot to see if this did anything. In some cases the toon took off right after I hit start without any issue. In others I got "Error reading file data #3: Thread was being aborted." as an error message when stop was pushed and when I hit start it started the load tiles stuff all over again. As I am not flying from one end of the continent to the other but am staying in one relativly small zone, I do not see the reason whe the bot should stop for minutes at a time to load mesh. How many mesh files are there for an area such as Uldum or Twilight Highlands and how often should they need to be reloaded if you don't leave the area? Also, how fast should they be loading? As I have never seen this issue in previous builds I can only assume something is not operating at peak performance. Please remember, this is not a single occurance, this has been going on for me since 5740 was released.
Are other people experiencing the same problem? I know I saw several posts when 5740 was released stating the same issue but how about with the new build? Any information would be appreciated as, at the moment, I do not want to run the bot because it looks so very bottish with all the stopping and starting from the loading of tiles.
Another quick problem, when HB is busy downloading or loading tiles, it will not defend iteslf if attacked. Regardless of the toon I am on or the CC I am using, if the program is in one of its several minute load sessions (and yes,my toon has gone afk from it in the past) then it will not defend itself, gets its ass kicked and dies and then has to rez and fly back to its corpse. This gets costly in repairs after a while, and looks really foolish, especially when a lone mob takes you down and you do nothing at all to defend yourself.
Thanks you for any information you can give.
