Downloading Mesh Error Log Included

Hey everyone ive sorta got the hang of using HB now just with the exception of this error im getting which isnt really helpful was hoping someone would understand or know how to fix this problem maybe thanks in advance.

You are having issues connecting to our mesh server. Please open UDP and TCP ports 5031, whitelist HB in your anti-virus, and any other firewalls.

If you are at a school or government building - you may have to contact the system admin to open UDP and TCP ports 5031.
