Downloading and Session Limit issue

I just purchased Gatherbuddy tonight and I'm having an issue. When I go to download the standard version i get a page with this response: Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.


Also when I try to log into GB.profiles login to upload a new profile It says session limit. I've tried deleting all of my cookies and what not, closing out of web browser for 15 minutes, restarting computer, and nothing seems to work. It can't be that I have a Gatherbuddy running due to not being able to actually download it. I'm not sure what the problem is. to where you might have done something for this person to fix the problem, but for now I'm lost on what to do.

Would also like to mention I just tried the password reset on the shop.gatherbuddy.com and I still received the Session Limit.
Was just able to download standard GB too... not sure what the problem was before, but thats taken care of.

keep in mind that if you are logged on Gb profiles page that counts as a session
