Download of player inventory failed - Pretty Sure it's BAN

So last night everything was working fine and today when i try to start the app on my phone it keeps saying "Data from game couldn't been retrieved from server" i'm from mexico so the messages says "No se han podido obtener los datos del juego del servidor".

After that i have tryed the usuall tricks but no positive result, so i used other account and they are working perfectly.

By now i think its pretty sure got banned, anyone find a solution?

So pretty sure niantic find some behaivors they are stopping account from logging - but the main question is, if it's permanent and if so can it be solved?

Or will it be just niantic server issue?

nope not ban servers down do some research Pokemon Go Servers sur Twitter : "Many trainers are reporting "failed to get game data from server" This is caused due to the servers being offline. Hang in there! #PokemonGo"

So after some days my account stays the same Error downloading blah blah... franqly speaking i spoused it was the greedy of teleport

i've already started other account by mistake i started on Germany then wait some days to travel to San Francisco and by now everything is fine an going up.

PS. i still waiting for Pokemon Go mail that i'm banned XD
