Download limit reached

I recently downloaded HB yesterday on my desktop again to try to fix a leveling issue I was having and whatever I did worked.
I login after coming home from work and it says that there's an update, so naturally I go to update it.

so I tried to reinstall HB and it says I have a download limit ( I guess its 1x per 24 hours).
Hope to hear a response soon!

you're probably using IE

IE is the #1 best program for downloading google chrome or firefox

you'll have to use one of those since IE sux
