download limit reached but never downloaded

i just bought the starter package (GB + 30 days) for 25,00.
then i binded my account, now my rank says Buddy
but when i go to download GB 1.7.6.0, it says

Sorry! You have exceeded your daily allowed download amount.

can anybody help?

I have exactly the same problem, YES I binded acc like 6 times! still cannot download.
It says, im "buddy" (old one was "buddy's" i believe) thit means, that something worked and account was bound.
Is there any support??
