Download horrifically slow (<8kb/s)

As you can see, the download takes so long that it times out before it can even complete.
(It's not my network, I can download perfectly fine at 2.5 mbps from any other website)

Any fix for this?

Not sure if you've noticed but the server has been going slow for the past few days it seems, probably too much traffic, kids wanting their bot now

they have a problem on the website... apoc (or somone else) will fix this after a stable hb release...
