Dowload Map Exception

Any tips against:

Exception when attempting to download HawaiiMainLand_33_31: System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException: The socket connection was aborted. This could be caused by an error processing your message or a receive timeout being exceeded by the remote host, or an underlying network resource issue. The complete Log is attached. What I don't know is it a server problem or a problem with my internet connection?
The message itselfs seems to be a server problem (just because of the last sentence)
